Travel from Zurich to Bellagio to Venice to Salzburg

I am flying to Zurich May 1 and spending May 2 and 3 in Zurich. I plan to go to Bellagio for the next 2 nights and then onto Venice for 2 nights ,onto Salzburg for 3 nights and back to Zurich for 1 night and home to Ny
There is still time to change my plans if this does not make sense!
Any thoughts?
How can I get from Zurich to Bellagio?
Should I just stay in Como instead?

Too many too widely scattered destinations for your time.

Zurich to Bellagio in two days is easy and awesome! SBB train to Chur, overnight there, then Bernina Express to Tiranno, then a Trenord regional train to Varenna, then a ferry to Bellagio. Doing it in one day doesn't sound fun.

Bellagio to Venice is an easy half day. Ferry back to Varenna, train to Milan, train to Venice.

You got business, friends in Zurich? Otherwise, why bother. Did you score ultra cheap tickets in and out of Zurich? What time are you landing?

If an 8 or 8:30 landing, you could be in Belagio 6 hours after you land if the timing is right with speed boats to Belagio from Como. I can't see the spring schedule right now, bound to be more service as the weather warms. Belagio to Venice, take the cross lake ferry to Varenna and get a train to Milan then change to a Freccia train to Venice. Should take 5 to 6 hours. Going to Salzburg, since this is a hurry-up trip, take the NightJet sleeper to Salzburg. After that, the RailJet train direct to Zurich in a little under 6 hours.

Zurich is pleasant. And expensive. That's not a place to spend your time unless you have a specific reason to be there. There are lots of places in Switzerland that I like, but with a short trip and so many places you want to see outside Switzerland, I recommend either heading immediately for the mountains (though early May is not a great time for that) or running for the border as fast as you can. There just is no sense in paying Swiss-level prices (have you looked at the cost of hotels?) if you're just going to spend your time in Zurich.

One place to add time is Venice. One day and a few hours isn't enough to get a good sense of the city. I'm afraid you'll be yet another tourist who doesn't like Venice because it is "so crowded". Well, yes, it is--if you spend all your time between the train station, Rialto Bridge and San Marco. You need time to experience the back canals and non-touristy corners.
