Are the SBB and FART trains at the same station? We have to transfer from one to the other

FART trains are on Platforms 11 and 21 on a level below the platforms of the standard gauge trains.

Could you clarify if you're referring to Lugano or Locarno? AFAIK, the FART trains don't operate to Lugano. You can research whichever route you want to take using the https://int.bahn.de/en website.
