Travel card options between Switzerland and Paris

Here is our itinerary in September:
Train from Bern to Zermatt.
Three days of hiking and exploring Zermatt.
Train from Zermatt to Paris via Zurich.
Train from Paris to Bayeux.
Two days around Normandy.
Train from Bayeux to Paris.

We're thinking about taking the TGV Lyria (hi speed) train from Zurich to Paris as it goes straight through with no other train connections to worry about. Are there passes that also cover the cost of the gondolas in Zermatt?
I've been reading other posts and was directed (thank you) to the SBB website where my confusion was only enhanced! It appears the "Half Fare Travel Card+ might be the best option but I'm not sure it provides reduced fare on the gondolas around Zermatt and I don't think it provides a discount on the Zurich to Paris train.

"EU Rail Pass" or "SBB Half Fare Travel Card+" or ?????

There is no need to add hours to an already long trip by going via Zurich. Look up Zermatt to Paris on www.sbb.ch and you will see that the fastest route goes via Lausanne.

When booking that on SBB you can indicate you have the HFC to get a reduction in the Swiss part of the trip.

Half Fare Card is what you need. Half Fare Travelcard is a different product, aimed at locals.
