Flying in and out of Geneva and hiking around Verbier, Wengen, and Pontresina spending 4 nights in each. I'm wondering what the best transportation options from town to town and return to Geneva airport.

Train works. www.sbb.ch. Use Le Chable for Verbier. Pontresina is all the way on the other end of Switzerland and will take a full day to get there and back.
