If I bought a swiss travel pass or a rail card for Switzerland, - would my return transfer from Geneva airport to Interlaken west be included in the travel pass., or do I still have to purchase separate airport transfers. Thankyou.

No, there is no special airport fee for the train to Geneva Airport. With a Swiss Pass, just go when you please.

Just curious, is your hotel close to Interlaken West? Most travellers head for Interlaken Ost for connections to Lauterbrunnen.

If you're using a Swiss Travel Pass on that day, it covers you all the way between the airport and your final destination, such as Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, or Muerren. If buying a train ticket instead, a single ticket will be issued for your specific route to/from the airport.
