I'm booking train travel from Spiez 8:05 to Milano 10:35 for September through Trenitalia. It says that I have to pick up ticket at station. Does anyone know about this?

Why not book on Swiss SBB train site? If you really must pick up your ticket at the station it's a lot easier picking it up in the country FROM which you begin.
