Train tickets for children

We are holidaying in Switzerland for 2 weeks in August, 2 adults and 2 children. We are planning on purchasing Half Fare Cards for the adults and then the Family Card as well. When buying tickets online do I need to buy tickets for the children? It doesn't give any option on the SBB website to enter the Family Card so I would need to pay for them when I believe they should be free?
Thankyou

If you have a Swiss Family Card and your children are < 16 years old you do not need to buy tickets for them.

Don't bother buying tickets for Swiss trains online in advance. There is no advantage in doing so, the prices are fixed.
Just buy tickets on the day at the station, from a ticket machine or a manned ticket counter.
If you have a pass that lets the children go free, than you don't have to buy them tickets. When your tickets are inspected on the train just show your tickets and the Family Card.

Thankyou both. I thought I might not need them but it's good to get it confirmed. I'll hold off on buying any tickets then as well.
