I plan to store our luggages at the Kandersteg. But from the luggage storage lockers measurement, I'm afraid our carry on luggages won't fit in. My question is there any other option to store our luggages?

31.7 cm X 75 cm X 61.5 cm, aka 12" X 29" X 24". Maybe get smaller carry-on bags.

yes, thats the measurement I saw. we don't have check in luggages, only carry on.

Kandersteg’s train station also has a left luggage counter which accepts luggage weighing up to 55 pounds for 12CHF. It’s open from 7 am to 5:30 pm.

I don't understand. The size has been given to you, and it is clear that the locker is big enough for a carry-on sized suitcase. So just put it in the locker. You might even fit two in there.
