I have been trying to make reservations on the train from Chur to Andermatt for June 5 and the trip planner on Eurail keeps rerouting me from Chur to Rome, and I can’t seem to undo this glitch.
Where have I messed up??

Don’t use Eurail, use the Swiss rail site SBB.ch
Only the Glacier Express will go directly to Andermatt (with no changes). The regular regional trains will have a change at Disentis/Muster.

Only bits that Eurail want to sell you show up. Can't explain how Rome got in though unless you have a bossy cookie. Maybe clear cookies?
But the better place for all things Swiss transport, even the private operators, is the SBB who are the national railway. SBB.ch should get you there. But if you are planning the normal trains rather than the fancy one, only the fancy one offers reservations.

Do you want to travel on normal trains? No need to reserve anything. Just activate a day on your pass.
