Train Pass valid for Switzerland and Italy

Hello all

Is there a Train Pass that I can buy which would be valid for travel in Switzerland and Italy??

Rail passes are not the deal they used to be, especially in Italy. In fact, I can't find anywhere on this website where they are even offed anymore, and that used to be big business for RS.
With the reservation fees required on Italian fast trains, and the very low cost regional trains, there really is no point. Some sort of pass in Switzerland may pay off, since tickets are a bit more expensive there.

Michele, I don't think that there is such a pass. RailEurope doesn't have one. Besides, you definitely don't need one for Italy and you only really need one in Switzerland if your total train fares are above 260CHF. if you can provide more information on your itinerary with how many nights you will be in each location, we can assist quite a bit with describing the train fares and details.
