I"m leaving Milan on Feb. 23 and headed to Zurich.
Perusing this forum, it appears that there are multiple train options.
Is one more scenic? What are the options?

Just go on the direct train from Milan to Zurich. It leaves almost every hour.
It goes through Como, Chiasso, Lugano, Bellinzona into the Gotthard high speed tunnel and then Arth-Goldau, Aug and finally Zurich.
