Nick, Yes, of course there is. You can get from anywhere to anywhere by train in Switzerland, and there is always at least one train per hour.
You can only get to Zermatt by train, there is no public road to Zermatt.
You can look up the times on the SBB website listed in the previous post. Are you coming from Zürich city centre (Zürich HBf) or the airport (Zürich Flughafen)? You need to know which station you want to start from when you look up trains.
