Good day folks... I'll be heading to Basel the 3rd week of August for a conference for 5 nights. After that, will be heading to Lauterbrunnen for 2 nights, Murren for 2 nights, Lucerne for 1, and then off to Genoa.
Would love to know:
1) Any recommendations for restaurants for those destination (and will be checking other posts too for recs)
2) The list for potential towns to visit around there/hikes include: Aare gorge, Jungfrau, Gimmelwald, Grindlewald, Interlaken, Brienz, Istelwalt, Rosenlaui glacier, Spiez, a hike in Oeschinensee. Obviously all of those can't happen, but any particular favorites here? Im interested in some hiking and can do multiple hours, just nothing too strenuous.
Considering the Swiss Travel Pass, as I'd like to have the freedom to change my mind on where I want to go when I get there.
