We are travelling to Switzerland on Sept for a week, and onward to Vernazza, Italy. Rome2Rio suggested to take train from Interlaken W to Spiez transfer to Domodossola then transfer to Milano Centrale another transfer to Levanto another transfer to Vernazza. Is there better route. Thanks.

What is your exact date in September? That is the fastest route, but until Sept. 10 it will take longer than usual.

Don't use rome2rio. Go to the source: www.sbb.ch
And where you board in Interlaken depends on where you are statying. Interlaken has two stations. And you maybe aren't even staying in Interlaken at all.
