For premier or first class tickets on the TGV Lyria train (going from Geneva to Paris), the description says a meal is served to you at your seat. But it's not clear if that meal is included in the price of the ticket.
Anyone happen to know?

Yes - it's included.
Yes, food is included in the first class ticket, but don't expect a 3-course meal. Call it a snack. For morning trains you get breakfast (croissant, roll, coffee, orange).
Make sure you sit in your correct seat, even if others are free. People getting off in France don't get food, the staff have a list of which seats are occupied by passengers travelling to or from Switzerland, and those get food.
