Aside of VRBO, HomeAway and AirBNB does anyone know how to go about renting a house/villa/ski chalet near St. Moritz for February?

Check Interhome, too, it is quite popular in Switzerland, I used it a few years ago to rent a flat in Zermatt in ski season.
Do check location carefully: ski areas around St Moritz are quite spread out.

Thank you, I have my map out and am trying to pin point ski slopes! It definitely is NOT easy!!

If you are not married to St. Moritz, check out the 4 Vallees ski area. It's a massive network of ski resorts all interconnected by gondolas and lifts...you could ski for a year and never do the same run twice. You can choose numerous towns to stay in and have access to all the different parts of the mountains. Nendaz, Veysonnaz, La Tzoumaz, Verbier are the main towns and they are at all different price points...Verbier is at the high end and La Tzoumaz at the low end. I think it's easier to navigate and get around than St. Moritz and you have a much wider selection of skiing.
