I would spend 5 nights in Lauterbrunnen. This will give you enough time to do the hikes you listed and the excursions. I'm assuming you get good weather so that going to the Schilthorn and Jungfraujoch are not wastes of time. Visiting Thun and the Interlaken lakes is easy from Lauterbrunnen.

Elsewhere, I would spend 3 nights in Luzern, 3 nights in Montreux or Vevey, 1 night in Zermatt, and 3 in St. Moritz. It think it all adds up to 15 nights. I would not go to Zermatt at all unless the weather forecast is good, otherwise there is not much to do in that area.

I don't know where you are flying into or out of, so I cannot suggest an order.

You're packing an awful lot into your trip, even though it's 15 days. You need to stop and breathe and stare at the mountains.

If you're saying you want to see Zurich in an hour, it's not enough time for Rick's suggested walk. Nor for his suggested walk in Lucerne.
