Hello all, I am from UAE.

We are planning a trip in first week of April with a one-year-old infant from Dubai to Paris (3-4 nights) and then to Switzerland preferably Geneva (3-4nights) fly back to UAE.

Kindly help with the ideal location to stay with family near geneva as with infant cant roam much to see places. want to visit mountain nearby Rochers de Naye or any other suggestions ..

1 YO infants being entirely dependent on adults, I would think that all hotels would have accommodation. You are not being very clear. Is the infant one with special needs? If the baby is pretty much a normal baby, not a problem.

If you are looking for child care for the infant while you go around, that's a slightly different issue.

He is normal baby and we are not looking for child care . Looking for suggestions for where to stay to see places with lots of opportunities nearby for sightseeing with fabulous scenery.

We flew into Geneva, but we stayed in Lausanne. The Port D'Ouchy area of Lausanne has several hotels which are right near the promenade with beautiful views of Lake Geneva. You can easily take a train to Montreux if you wish to see the Chillon Castle. Or you could stay in Montreux since Rochers de Naye is not too far from there. The Lavaux Vineyards nearby are a UNESCO World Heritage site and have spectacular views. The small town of Vevey is charming on the lake and can be reached by train also. I hope you have a wonderful trip.
