Some friends and I will be visiting the Interlaken area at the end of April and traveling up some mountains. What's the temp/weather like around that time? Trying to figure out how best to pack...

Snow is still a distinct possibility in late April in the mountain towns such as Wengen and Murren. Or it could be spring-like. Hard to know until a day or two before.

The ski season ends about April 24 in Murren/Lauterbrunnen. Snow and/or rain are very likely. Lifts should be operating if the weather permits, and the weather at the top will be different than in the valleys. Warm clothes, hats, gloves and good (waterproof?) shoes would be my recommendation.
