Switzerland in early May

Hi all, Wondering if I did the right thing. We are going to a wedding in Como but thought we would start a few days early by flying to Zurich and train/sightsee 3 days of Switzerland. Now reading a lot about the shoulder season and lifts/hotel closed for repair. Any suggestions for flying in on the 10th and getting to the town of Como by the evening of 14th. (view of the alps, boat ride, easy hike, cool train) :)

No problem, my birthday is in the 2nd week of May and I have enjoyed celebrating it twice in Switzerland over the last 5 years.
I usually get a Swiss Travel Pass 3 or 4 day pass.

You could stay in Luzern for the 3 days and take day trips to Mt. Rig (take the boat on Lake Luzern to get there) and Mt Titlis depending on the weather. Also you could take the scenic Luzern Interlaken Express to Interlaken and then to Lauterbrunnen and visit Trummelbach Falls and the Schilthorn weather permitting. On the 14th you could take the train from Luzern to Como.
