Switzerland in early December

Hello,
I've been looking through the travel forum so that I don't repeat questions others have asked and still have a few questions for my trip. I visited Switzerland last summer and couldn't wait to return and bring my daughter - we found a rt fare JFK-ZUR $350 so we booked a trip! lv 12/3 and return 12/14.
I have decided on the following tentative itinerary:
12/4 Zurich via Luzern to Basel
12/5 relax & Christmas markets
12/6 day trip to Colmar or Strasbourg or both? sleep in Basel
12/7 head to Bern (visiting friends) overnight
12/8 head to Geneva (visiting friends)
12/9 Geneva
12/10 head out early to Montreux for the day then to Lauterbrunnen
12/11 open - sleep Lauterbrunnen
12/12 open - sleep Lauterbrunnen
12/13 head up to Zurich, Christmas Markets and overnight
12/14 fly home

Looking for suggestions, in particular in the Bern, Lauterbrunnen areas.
*I've been to Luzern, Montreux, Lauterbrunnen & Geneva in the summer but my daughter hasn't. We like Christmas markets, small, quaint villages, beautiful scenery. She loves to snowboard, I'm content to watch :)

Thank you!!

In Bern, take the Rick Steves self-guided walking tour. It will fill half a day.

In Lauterbrunnen it depends if you like mountain walks or just want to ride lifts and cogwheel trains to beautiful vistas. You can take most of a day to go to the Jungfraujoch or Schilthorn, or you can take a couple of scenic snow walks on groomed trails. There is plenty to do for your two full days. Again, the Rick Steves Switzerland guide will be of great help.
