I made a 50% deposit on a small hotel in Gimmelwald that as a no refund policy. I have no argument with not getting a refund, since I am not following through with my half of the deal. I would like to know, if the Swiss government, or that canton's government are allowing them to be open and renting rooms. Do any of you know the current Swiss regulations on hotels during the current pandemic. I also do not want to argue with anybody. I am just seeking information. Thank you.

The last regulations I saw (English translations) do not include hotels. Many hotels have closed on their own simple due to a lack of guests. Bookings down in the area of 90%.
