We are taking the Bernina Express bus from Lugano on June 13 then the train to Chur which arrives at 6pm… where should we go from there as we do not want to stay in Chur? We have to be in Wengen on the 15th of June and train schedules are not all posted. June 19 we would like to take the GE train but not sure from Brig or andermatt to St.Moritz would make sense? And stay 2 nights Pontresina … and lastly we are flying out of Milan on June 22 so I’m thinking of traveling by train on the 21st to get the the Milan airport. Any advice would be very appreciated

Your route is not ideal to me, you are criss-crossing the country and you would travel the same railways twice.
Right now your plan is:
Lugano - St Moritz - Chur - Wengen - St Moritz/Pontresina - Milan.
It would make much more sense to travel from Lugano to Zermatt via Domodossola and Brig, spend 2 nights in Zermatt, then on to Wengen, and (long day!) Glacier Express from Brig to St Moritz - or the slightly faster Wengen-Interlaken-Lucerne-Chur-St Moritz, still very scenic.
