I will be traveling from Milano Centrale > Spiez > Interlaken > Lauterbrunnen next month. Does anyone know if there are any ATMs or Currency Exchange locations in Lauterbrunnen where I can get Swiss Francs? If not, would you recommend I get them in Milan before departing for Switzerland?

depending how long you're in Interlaken, you could get them there. Or ask your Lauterbrunnen hotel for ATM advice.

Just google ATM's Lauterbrunnen, or banks. Do not use a currency exchange, they are rip-offs. In a pinch, you could also use Euros.
You might have better luck in Interlaken. Several banks by Interlaken Ost train station. Take a few minutes and get the next train to Lauterbrunnen.

There is an atm in lauterbrunnen. I used it last sept. Easy to use. U can switch to English. It’s between the train station and hotel oberland. Maybe right outside the coop grocery store.

I walked by 2 atms in lauterbrunnen today. So if one gives you trouble there’s another to try. :) Both are on the right hand side of the road when walking from train to town.

There's certainly no need to get CHF (Swiss Franks) before you get to Switzerland. You'll just pay more than you would using your ATM card in Switzerland.
In addition to the ATM's in Lauterbrunnen, there are ATM's in Muerren and Wengen (but no ATM in Gimmelwald). Plus, lots of places will take credit cards (of course, not all will).
