Does anybody know when dates for the 2027 Alpabzug will be posted?

It's not a national event, certain towns will have a procession. The date of that procession varies with the local climate and weather. I'd search for "Alpabzug [town name]" For example, the Lenk Alplerfest is 10-11 October 26. We thoroughly enjoyed that one.

Some events are scheduled once the previous year's event is over, like the one in Lenk mentioned above.
The Entlebuch Alpine Descent is the largest one I know of. Lots of groups of cows as well as music, food, etc. It hasn't happened yet for 2026, when it is over check the link again for 2027 dates.

If you are thinking of specifically Wengen/Lauterbrunnen, those ones are only posted just before the event occurs - maybe two weeks or so.
