Hi, this will be our first time in Switzerland. We will spend 2.5 days in Basel and Lucerne before boarding a Rhine River cruise. We will station at Basel and plan to take a train to Lucerne for a day trip and may also take a train from Lucerne and Interlaken and back. Or we may take a boat ride, cogwheel train, tram, bus, in Lucerne instead. We will also visit some museums in Basel for a day or less.
Since we have a short day in Switzerland, it sounds like Swiss Travel Pass is not a good option. I wonder if the Saver Day Pass will save us some money or not.
Pls advise. Thanks!
