We purchased our 15 day 2nd class Swiss Travel Passes that we saved copies on our phone showing the QR code, but on the SBB app it shows we have a GA Travel Card 2nd class.
Are these different?
We also reserved seats on the GoldenPass Express and the Interlaken - Lucerne express using our Swiss Travel Passes.
We'll just make sure to have our passport with us at all times.

You are all set. GA stands for "Generalabo" and it is what frequent public transport users in Switzerland have. I had one when I was still commuting. It gives you unlimited travel on all public transit in the country, just like the Swiss Travel Pass.
