I have purchased two fifteen day Swiss Travel Pass Flex passes (> $1,000 for the two passes) one for my wife and one for me using a computer on the sbb.com web site I used the computer to select my first travel day and printed paper copies of our two passes for our first day in Switzerland.
I have installed the SBB iPhone app which I thought I could use to select additional travel days for the two Swiss Travel Pass Flexes while we are in Switzerland. For the life of me I cannot see how to access the already purchased Swiss Travel Pass Flex passes on the iPhone app. The iPhone app wants a "Customer Number" which I do not have. I have tried to register, using the computer, to obtain a "Customer Number" but do not get the registration email and cannot get a Customer Number. I have tried to register to create a "Customer Number" multiple times and now things seem to be gummed up on the computer. It seems to think I have already registered our two email addresses and gives me two options for each: change my password which does not give me a "Customer Number" or create a new account which requires a "Customer Number" that I don't have.
I can't find a chat or help function on the sbb.com site other that the FAQs. I'm not taking a computer or printer to Switzerland so want to use my iPhone to access my Swiss Travel Pass Flex using my iPhone. Am I stuck trying to find a computer and printer to print out my daily passes while I am in Switzerland? Thaks for your help.
