we are planning to travel to Switzerland in Aug. and plan to travel by train on 6 non consecutive days.
one of those days will be travel on glacier express from Zermatt to St. Moritz.
if we buy 6 day flex pass, how can we reserve a seat on glacier express?
would you suggest a best price option for the rail pass and glacier express tickets?

Buy Flex Pass at www.sbb.ch/en, or at a manned ticket office in most Swiss train stations, including the airport in Zurich or Geneva.
Buy reservations in advance at www.glacierexpress.ch. You do not need to have the pass when you buy a reservation, just have the pass when you board the train.

I bought the rail pass flex and glacier express tickets separately.
we should have booked the glacier express earlier-I didn't realize that they have limited availability and high demand.
had to tweak the travel plans to match the glacier express ticket availability
Note that you do not need a ticket for the Glacier Express when you have a pass. All you need is a reservation. I hope that is what you got, other wise you will have paid twice.
