Swiss Travel Center or SBB websites

Is the Swiss Travel Center a reliable website? It appears to be connected to the SBB system. Anyone experience this site, it is mentioned in another travel website as the location to purchase Swiss tickets etc?

For tickets, i'd just purchase directly from SBB. If you have the SBB app on your phone, you can access all your tickets there.
