Yes, the Verkehrshaus der Schweiz is in Zone 10 which is covered by the Guest Card. Don't know what you can really see without buying a ticket and going though.
My husband and I toured this museum several years ago. I didn't think I'd find it too interesting. But I did. It might be a good rainy day option for you.
