Swiss Train Travel Question

I've purchased train tickets for travel in Switzerland. I purchased them online through the sbb.ch website and received confirmation emails with QR codes. I did not set up an account before I purchased but did so afterwards. When I log-in to the account, I can't find any of the tickets. I've checked the FAQ/help section and based on that info they should be under the Orders page.

Does anyone have any ideas on what might be going on? I didn't think I needed to purchase a Swiss travel pass but maybe I do?

You have the emails with the QR codes. Just put them in your wallet, or any other place on your phone you can access them. If you will have cell service when you are there, you can also just pull up the email. Or you could print them out and take them with you, Or take a photo of them and use that.

You cannot add tickets to the SBB app afterwards. Only tickets you bought while logged in to your account will be shown there.
(Always set up an account before buying train tickets on line or via an app, for any railway...)

But that is not a huge issue, as all you need to do is show the QR code somehow.
