Swiss pass or half fare pass

I will be in swiss for 3 nights with following ittenirrary:
1.. Munich- zurich - luzern
2. Luzern -interlaken
3. Interlaken zurich
4. Zurich -chur - tirano

Please advise for the following question:
1. For those route., if i able to buy in advance and got the saver ticket half fare pass is more cheaper. And i have an option to buy first class on bernina express. However, i just need more advise. Which pass works better for me for the above route and additional mt pilatus and jungfrau if possible? I know that both travel pass give 50 pct discount only for mountain transport.
2. If i buy swiss travel pass on 2nd class, will i be able to take bernina on first class and only pay the difference?
3. I want to catch bernina express from chur, and i see the winter train will start at around 8.45, while the first train from zurich will be arrived around 8 am in chur. Is it still possible to stay at zurich instead of Chur? And is there any probability that the train will not operate fron zurich to chur?

For question 3, there are actually 3 trains that will get you from Zurich to Chur in time to make the Bernina Express. The 6:12 Regional Express, the 6:37 Intercity, the 7:07 Intercity. There would have to be some sort of catastrophe that these trains don't run.
Of course, if you went from Interlaken to Chur the evening before, hotels are bound to be less expensive than Zurich.

Probability, no. Possible? Anything is possible. There could be a failure in the train equipment, a train might have to divert due to any number of things that could be wrong with the track or a station along the way. But that is unlikely. I will never say never.

😁😁 i just wanna male sure that i will be able to take bernina express in the morning. Anyway, is somebody ever used Db bahn to book bernina express. The option enter is from freigberg to tirano, at the option stop over at chur. With the correct timing it is offer panoramic train from chur to tirano. Is there any panoramic train from chur to tirano other than bernina. If i choose this one, i will not use the other train ticket and only use chur to tirano, the first class ticket including reservation fee is almost 50 pct. i read this option actually works from the other website where i am still not sure enough about that. Please advise
