Swiss Iternary 6 nights, 7 days
We will be flying into Zurich early morning.
Leaving from Chur via train for Milan
Need help in deciding two home bases
Don't have to cover all on this trip

Absent any other information, I'd spend all 6 days in Murren or Wengen.

6 nights is only 5 full days. Like eddie, I would want to spend those in murren, wengen, or lauterbrunnen.
What time of year is the trip?

If your train from Chur leaves early then I'd probably base there for 2 nights after staying 4 in one of the Berner Oberland towns (we liked Wengen the best). If you have a later train then 2 nights in Luzern might be another option (BTW I've never visited Chur).
