Hi i'm trying to book tickets from Paris to Luzern on sbb app, I have family half fare card for my kid..but while booking the tickets im only getting option of half fare card or junior card..what do i Chose for my child?? has somebody chosen junior card?? and has it worked?? plz advise urgent

Junior Card ought to work, as that also signals that your kid has free travel in Switzerland.
(But SBB should finally put the Family Card up there as well...)

Hi thanks for your revert. Junior card i will chose but I'm worried that while traveling on the train the checker should not be like You dont have a junior card but half fare family card and fines me! Little worried about that.

Not sure what you mean by "family half fare card". There is no such thing. YOU can buy a 30 day Half Fare Card for 120 CHF and YOU can get a free Family Card, so you children under 16 will travel with you for free (within Switzerland). So assuming your kid is under 16, they will pay the child price and have a ticket for the Paris to Swiss border portion of the journey.
