This isn't a draft. The draft was published in May.
The final timetable for next year has been published and can be looked up in the usual places like www.sbb.ch.
(Timetables are planned years in advance in Switzerland. A draft timetable for 2035 already exists...)

Over the last 35 years that I have lived here, the time table can and does change right into December depending on local politics.
