I bought a sweater in Saas Fee for my wife last month. The shop is located at 3 Dorfstrasse and the credit card billing name is Patrizias Sport Mode. I tried to return the sweater via mail and it came back no forwarding address. The phone # listed hasn't answered for over one month.
I need help to get a size larger and make my wife happy.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think they probably shut down for shoulder season between the end of ski season and the beginning of the summer season in mid June. Try calling then. Now is when they go on vacation.
