Suggest Activities for a 3 day trip in Grindelwald

What time of year?

September 12 to September 15

Many visitors want to visit both of the higher peaks (the Schilthorn and Jungfraujoch) and you have enough time to do those on different mornings, weather permitting. Hiking routes are available for a variety of comfort levels, with lots of advice available locally. If you get a cloudy day, I wouldn't bother going up to the top of either mountains, but Trummelbach Falls is perfect for a cloudy or rainy or cloudy day

I am planning to skip jungfrau and Visit Schilthorn.
I plan to Visit Grindelwald first and a hike to the Bachalpsee lake
Any such simple ones in Lauterbrunnen and Murren region?

After this I plan to move to Zermatt, Montreux and Golden pass from Montreux to Zweisimmen.

Once I have covered this Part of Swiss, Is it worth to go to Austria [Innsbruck]?
I am planning to keep Innbruck as base to visit Krimml Falls and neuschwanstein castle
However I plan to Visit Salzburg and Hallstat
