Hi. My family tends to do the unusual. Has anyone experienced the Steam Sausage Train that leaves from Brienz? Suggestions for other unusual ways to make memories?

Thank you. That's where I was looking. I'm not finding reviews about it and wondered if it's a 'worth it' thing to try or if we're better spending our time exploring other options in the area.

I’ve never heard it called that way. It is an interesting trip though. And if you are interested in steam in general you can combine it with a trip on the Blüemlisalp lake steamer.
Note that these are modern steam engines. They were build in the 90ies. If you want really old trains go up the Schynigge Platte. The locomotives there are over a century old…
