I am thinking of staying overnight in Rigi but I also want to take advantage of the Rigi Majestic Round Trip. Can I split the Rig Kulm to Arth Goldau to Lucerne into 2 days and do this leg the next day?

I don't know the details of that ticket but if you're still considering a Swiss Travel Pass, then the pass covers the whole route.

The ticket is a day ticket, so no you can't use it over two days.

But if you want to spend the night at Rigi Kulm, you can just book separate tickets instead of the package. I checked and it costs 16 CHF more, but well worth it IMO.
Separate journey prices are: boat fron Lucerne to Vitznau (19 km), 27 CHF
Train Vitznau to Rigi Kulm and Rigi Kulm to Arth-Goldau, 42 CHF each leg
Train A-G to Lucerne, 12,80. Total 123,80
Check my prices and math but I am pretty sure that is correct.
