Coming from Western Australia where snow isn't really a thing, we would like to be able to go out into the snow rather than just viewing it from a distance (we are not skiers), when we visit Switzerland in June. What would be our best options?
Zermatt and the Jungfraujoch are 2 spots that come to mind.

Hi Martin, where in Switzerland were you planning to visit? If you are going to the Berner Oberland area then Jungfraujoch is the obvious choice. We had a good time when we visited, it is expensive but we saw it as a one off type of visit. I haven’t been to the Zermatt Snow Park but it does look more orientated toward the skiing and snowboarding fraternity. We were in Zermatt in October and took the train excursion to Gornergrat, spectacular views of the Matterhorn and very cold but no snow and the locals were worried about the upcoming ski season, not sure if or how that would impact on the Snow Park.
Thank you Sam and Helen.
You can also check Mt Titlis in Engelberg near Luzern. The Glacier Park is open in the summer.
You don't find summer snow at the Gornergrat in Zermatt. You take the cable cars up to Trockner Steg, then to Klein Matterhorn.
Thank you for all the advice!
