We're planning one ski day in Grindelwald-Wengen in early December. I've been there in the summer but need advice on the best place to park, rent skis, get lift tickets etc. Also, will a lift ticket let you take the train from Lauterbrunnen to Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg and back? Any suggestions will be helpful!
I cannot help from personal experience, but you may find useful information here:

Touch the Plan and Book button, and a page will open with links to Ski Passes, Parking, Packages, etc.
Perhaps more helpful is the Jungfrau Sport Pass site:

The Grindelwald-Wengen 1-day ski pass is 66 CHF for adults, with reductions for seniors, youth, children. Yes, that covers the trains from Lauterbrunnen to Kleine Scheidegg to Grindelwald.
You buy the Jungfrau Region ski pass for 75 CHF, it includes the train from Interlaken Ost as well as Muerren-Schilthorn.
Parking is shown on the map, would include the garage at Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald or even Interlaken Ost station if you got the Jungfrau Pass. Parking is extra. Ski shops are everywhere, just google them.
there's a sport shop in Lauterbrunnen with a branch in Wengen that rents gear - https://www.alpiasport.ch/ I think the Wengen shop will be closed until the beginning of December sometime though. I bet if you contact them they can give you all sorts of help.
How early in December? Grindelwald doesn't open until Dec 7, and snow conditions before Christmas have been marginal in recent years. It doesn't say anything about this years' conditions, but be sure to have a "plan B" if skiing conditions aren't appropriate when you visit.
December 9
And when I was last there (2008), I bought lift tickets at the train station.
