Sights to see in Lucerne

Hello, my family will we stopping in Lucerne for 2 nights in early June - but actually our time there will only be 1 day & 1/2. We would like to book a 1 hour sightseeing cruise on lake Lucerne & wanted to ask which company offers the best cruise for the money. Should I book this cruise ahead of time or wait & do it when we get there - in case of inclement weather?

Definitely wait, and I think you do not have much choice anyway - I only know of the "Saphir" boat for the 1 hour cruise.
Edit: there is apparently a 1 hour roundtrip cruise to Bürgenstock, too.
