Staying 2 days is Pontresina then taking the train to Lauderbrunnen for 2 days. I still have 2 more days before returning to Como Italy. Would like to explore Thun and the lake and maybe stay in Lugano for an overnight. Should I stay in Thun overnight or should I spend the 3rd night in Lauderbrunnen and the one night in lugano and to Como. It's a lot in short time so I would appreciate feedback.

It’s spelled Lauterbrunnen and you should just spend all your time after pontresina in Lauterbrunnen. Thun is an easy little jaunt from Lauterbrunnen.

Thank you for your advice. I will then spend 4 night in Lauterbrunnen and forget Lugano for a night. Or should I spend 3 nights in Lauterbrunnen and see Lake Thun, Murren , Then 4th night spend one night in Lugano and then to Como?

If you are in Como, you are minutes from Lugano. Why do you need an extra night next to your next night?
