That’s a pretty packed schedule, but if you’re okay with being on the go, go for it!

Do you realize there is a direct 1 hour train to Luzern from the airport? A private transfer is really not necessary.

If you have refundable hotels I’d strongly recommend staying in the mountains instead of Interlaken, which is a transportation hub. Look at options in Grindelwald or the car free village of Wengen. It will very likely be the highlight of your trip to wake up every morning in those mountains. In Wengen prioritize a south facing balcony for best views.

Day 2 - you might want to consider a boat ride + visit to Rigi, which is more beautiful in my opinion

Day 5, in addition to visiting Lauterbrunnen, go up to Mürren and do the Northface Trail counterclockwise from Allmendhubel or walk from Mürren to Gimmelwald. Lauterbrunnen itself isn’t that great, but the valley is a beautiful walk, so you could walk from Lauterbrunnen to Stechelberg, cable car up to Mürren and then either do Allmendhubel/NorthFace or up to explore the village, optional up to Schilthorn and then walk down to Gimmelwald from Mürren.

Wanderweg has provided solid recommendations. Interlaken has some charm and you will see Harder Klum lit up at night. However, based on you itinerary you are spending time in a small area that you don't need the wider flexibility of Interlaken. So trade that for closer mountain views.

Consider plan B options for bad weather. There is no need to go to a mountain top covered with fog.
