After completing the Tour du Mont Blanc on Sunday September 15th, hoping to take the bus to Milan and connect with train to Lugano, Centro. Has anyone had experience with this route and have any suggestions with what busses to use and if the connection from bus to train station is easy to navigate? Or if there are any other routes I should research? Any suggestions welcome!

I used Flixbus to get to Milan from Chamomix.
Once you get to Milan Lampugnano Bus station you can either catch another Flixbus to Lugano depending on the schedule or you can take the metro/subway to Milan Central Station and get a train to Lugano.
