Hello all: I reserved seats some time ago on the Glacier Express for myself and my wife 14Aug. I selected seats across the aisle as that was all that was available at that time. Now I see single faclng seats available in an additional carriage. Is there any way to initiate a seat change only? I have submitted emails and customer service requests with no response as yet. Tried the phone line but it is now after hours there and apparently not lauguage friendly. Not sure if this is possible or if there is another avenue to pursue. It is possible to reserve two more seats and pay the reservation fee, may be my only choice? Thanks all.

Reserved and paid for the two "better" seats, minor cost in the grand scheme of things.
I'm surprised that they haven't responded to you.
We have Excellence Class seats reserved and I've emailed with a few questions and always get an answer fairly quickly.
I must admit it took a day or so with my last question, but that is since the problems on the tracks happened, so I suppose they are much busier.
Are you sure you used the correct address? This is the one that I have used [email protected].
You could possibly also message them on Facebook or other social media. I find lots of business respond quicker on these platforms.
