SBB Swiss Rail CHARGED my credit card - No train tickets issued!!

Folks, Need HELP, Guidance & Direction!

On 10 Jan, I went to the https://www.sbb.ch/en/home.html website to booked two train tickets from Geneve to Venezia S. Lucia, when the payment by credit card was required, I used a Bank of American Travel Rewards card (VISA), a small BoA window opened up to answer a few (three) security questions to verify user identification, the BoA approved the payment then closed, THEN>>>> the SBB.CH website timed out and "required rebooking" of tickets! I was charged/billed for the tickets on the BoA Travel Rewards Credit Card but received NO TRAIN TICKETS!
So, how do I resolve this issue. BoA a said contact SBB Swiss Rail to resolve the issue. I need a USA toll free phone to call. If I call the +41 51 220 23 34 number, I could easily spent over $100. trying to recover $200. tickets.

I need help resolving this issue, I know the Rick Steves' forum folks know all the "tricks of the trade" to help!
PS, I did rebooked the tickets using a American Express CC with no issues.

BOA blew this, it is their responsibility when you state to them that an improper charge was made. They need to block it and go to bat for you. I would be back on the horn with BOA immediately and protest the charge saying they did not deliver the purchases. Bump it up higher with them.

This is simple - you used a credit card and did not receive what you purchased. You dispute the charge with your credit card and they resolve it from there.

Of course BOA is not on the top of my trusted list, and I wouldn't EVER use them, personally.

Before that, use the free contact button on the SBB site and explain the situation, with your BofA transaction number. Maybe they can issue you the ticket and send ticket pdf to you via email.
I have always got a response from SBB, but since it is Friday now, you will not get an answer until Monday morning. Meantime, don't panic. As others mentioned, you can always dispute the charges.

you should have disputed the charge once it appeared in your account; that is one benefit of having online access if you don't have it.
