rough draft of Switzerland trip- is it doable?

Below is a rough draft I have of the trip I'm planning to Lucerne, Grindelwald, Zermatt, St. Moritz, and Milan. I am really only going to Zermatt and St. Moritz in order to be able to ride the Glacier Express and Bernina Express. Wanted to know everyone's thoughts on whether that's worth it or not. Also, any feedback on the itinerary in general would be appreciated, if there are some places or day trips that maybe could be shaved off to make the trip a little shorter. I would be getting the Swiss Travel Pass.

LUCERNE
Day 1: Fly into Zurich, take train to Lucerne
Day 2: Lucerne- day trip to Mt. Pilatus and/or Mt. Rigi
Day 3: Lucerne- day trip to Stoos Ridge

GRINDELWALD
Day 4: Lucerne to Grindelwald (Train)
Day 5: Grindelwald- First Walk
Day 6: Day trip to Lauterbrunnen/Wengen/Mannlichen/Kleine Scheidegg
Day 7: Day trip to Lake Oeschinen

ZERMATT
Day 8: Grindelwald to Zermatt (train)

ST. MORITZ
Day 9: Zermatt to St. Moritz (Glacier Express)

MILAN
Day 10: St. Moritz to Tirano to Milan (Bernina Express and local train)
Day 11: Milan, day trip to Verona
Day 12: Fly out

Nail down Glacier Express seat reservations as they can be difficult to get depending on the time of year. St Moritz to Tirano can always be done with frequent regional trains that run on the same tracks and don't need reservations.
