Restaurants in Vevey

Could I please have suggestions for mid-price restaurants near the train station in Vevey? Thanks!

I'll be there for the first time this summer but here are notes I've cobbled together, in no particular order or verified accuracy.

Tandem (Vevey, retro-cool)
Le Mazot (Vevey, traditional, bistro)
Alimentarium (Vevey, 10-5 p.m.)
The Grand Hotel du Lac (Vevey). B.1868 overlooking Lake Geneva; fabulous Michelin restaurant called Les Saisons
Le National (Vevey, near Nestle). Lively, casual.
Denis Martin (Vevey, $$, 20 course tasting menu)
Restaurant Denis Martin (bet. Vevey-Montreux)
Restaurant Le Museum (Montreux)
Hotel Victoria (Glion-sur-Montreux). Take the funicular at the Territet train/bus stop just above Chateau Chillon.
Le Chateau de Villeneuve (15m South of Vevey)
Le Deck (Chexbres) - drink at minimum (incredible views)
Auberge Du Raisin - Cully (in-betw. Vevey-Lausanne)
Auberge de la Gare (Lutry)
Auberge de Lavaux (Lutry)

The area near the train station doesn’t have many nice restaurants but by walking down to the lake front you’ll have lots of choices.

Enjoyed a nice dinner this evening at Des Trois Sifflets, Rue du Simplon 1. Seemed to be a local/neighborhood kind of place. Very easy to access by bus from Montreux.
